As assistant vice president for Orlando Health Women’s Services, Beth Whitaker oversees the administration and strategic development for the complete service line, including the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist program, Minimally Invasive Surgery, Urogynecology, Maternal Fetal Medicine and the High-Risk Pregnancy program.
With more than 15 years of progressive healthcare management and leadership experience, Beth has held roles across multiple disciplines with Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and Mission Health in Asheville, North Carolina. Her expertise includes practice operations, schedule utilization, contact center optimization and space planning. Beth is passionate about providing convenient access to care for patients, including same-day access, virtual care and easy online scheduling.
Beth has earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Medical University of South Carolina and a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston. She is also a certified Project Management Professional.
