Carol L. Joseph

Carol L. Joseph, RN, currently serves as the Director of IT Innovation at Orlando Health since December 2023, focusing on IT/CE innovation and mobile app development initiatives. Prior to this role, Carol worked as an Imaging Architect Consultant for AceApplications, supporting Orlando Health's Enterprise Imaging program from November 2021 to December 2023. Carol has extensive experience at Ascension Technologies, holding several national-level positions including Clinical Informatics Director overseeing interoperability in ambulatory and acute care settings, Director II of the Clinical Imaging Program managing diagnostic imaging software, and Program Manager for Cardiology, leading the implementation of IBM Merge Healthcare solutions. Additionally, Carol chaired the Cardiac Catheterization Standards Advisory Committee in Michigan and led the HIPAA Privacy Committee at the Health Care Interchange of Michigan.
