Edgar Pantoja

Edgar Pantoja is an Information Technology Field Technician at Orlando Health, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Edgar served as the General Manager and Co-Owner of El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant from November 2013 to November 2021. Edgar began a career in hospitality with positions as a Restaurant Server at The Walt Disney Company from February 2010 to January 2015 and at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from January 2006 to February 2010. Academic qualifications include a Cyber Security Professional Certificate from the University of Central Florida, obtained in 2022, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Valencia College.
