Elizabeth Vermette, MSW, currently serves as a Care Coordinator- Acute SWII at Orlando Health since August 2023, where responsibilities include ensuring continuity of care and comprehensive discharge planning across various healthcare settings. With a diverse background in behavioral health and counseling, Elizabeth has held roles such as Behavioral Health Coordinator at Embrace Families and Outpatient Clinical Counselor at Children's Home Society of Florida. Additionally, experiences as a Professional Actress and gymnastics coach have enriched Elizabeth's skill set.
