Helen Lynch

Helen Lynch is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of HR Operations and Talent Acquisition at Orlando Health since April 2019, Lynch has held significant roles at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as Director of Talent Acquisition Operations and at PepsiCo as Manager of Global HR Operations. Prior experience includes managerial and operational roles at Pepsi Beverages Company, The Pepsi Bottling Group, Starwood Hotels, Verizon Information Services, and Alliance Business Centers/HQ. Helen Lynch holds a Bachelor's Degree in English/Psychology from the University at Albany and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from The New School.
