Christian Reed currently serves as the Director of Global HR Operations at Sumo Logic, where the focus is on leveraging enterprise data for actionable insights through an AI-powered log analytics platform. Previously held significant roles at Juniper Square as Director of Compensation Programs and Director of Global People Operations, as well as at Castlight Health as Director of Total Rewards & HR Ops and Sr. Manager of Total Rewards. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Jive Software, Williams Lea, and Mercury Interactive, where Christian honed skills in talent acquisition and human resources. Christian holds a BA in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
