Jennifer T. Jackson

Jennifer T. Jackson, MPH, CIC, is an experienced infection preventionist at Orlando Health since December 2020, previously serving as a food safety professional at Walt Disney World from August 2019 to December 2020. Jennifer has a strong background in epidemiology, having worked as the lead epidemiologist at Florida Health from February 2015 to August 2019, focusing on reportable diseases and communicable disease outbreaks. Prior to this, Jennifer spent over a decade at Battelle as a research microbiologist, specializing in bioaerosol characterization and biosecurity. Jennifer holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from The Ohio State University and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Microbiology and Biology from The Ohio State University and Wright State University, respectively.
