Sonal Singh

Sonal Singh, HRIP, currently serves as the Manager of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) department at Orlando Health since February 2022, focusing on enhancing business outcomes through technology and collaborating with HR leadership. Prior to this role, Singh was a Senior Advisor-HRIS at AdventHealth from October 2017 to January 2022, leading projects and providing expertise in HRIS design and business solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Transformation Consultant at Deloitte, where Singh improved HR service delivery for clients, and as the Lead Consultant for HCM at the World Bank Group, overseeing the reimplementation of PeopleSoft HR. Additionally, Singh began a career at Infosys, progressing from Senior Software Engineer to Consultant, working on global PeopleSoft HCM projects. Singh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Technological University, earned in 2006.
