Michelle Stenger is a seasoned professional in sports marketing and analytics, currently serving as a Partnerships & Research Analyst for the Orlando Magic since April 2021 after previously holding a Strategy Analyst role. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Discovery & Advertising at UCF Athletics Association Inc., where Michelle developed marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and revenue generation. Michelle also held leadership roles at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, managing cross-functional teams in advertising and digital media, and developed key performance indicators to drive revenue through marketing automation. With earlier positions at the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Bengals, and multiple internships, Michelle has built a robust foundation in strategic communications, social media, and fan engagement, complemented by a Master’s degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Miami University.
