Dylan Ferson

Dylan Ferson is an experienced professional in the healthcare and hospitality sectors, currently serving as the Director of Ancillary Services at Orlando Orthopaedic Center since September 2019, with a progressive career that includes roles as Ancillary Operations Manager, Operations Support Specialist, and Clinical Assistant. Prior to this, Ferson worked at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. as an Assistant Manager and Certified Trainer, overseeing employee management, labor hours, inventory, and guest relations. Ferson also has experience as an Orthopaedic Cast Technician at UF Health and as a Senior Research Assistant at the Intervention Research Advancing Care Equity Lab.
