Kacin Mercer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in guest experience management, event coordination, and performing arts. Currently serving as a Guest Experience Manager at Walt Disney World since April 2017 and as a Professional Development Coordinator for the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association since April 2016, Kacin specializes in coordinating continuing education classes for realtors. Previous roles include performing as an Acrobat at Pirate's Dinner Adventure and Arabian Nights Dinner Attraction, with extensive experience in event planning at BAO Events and the Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS®. A graduate of Northwestern University with a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre, Kacin has also coached aerial fitness and circus arts, demonstrating a strong commitment to both performance and education.
