Becka Kastner is an experienced production professional with a Bachelor's degree in Stage Management from Ball State University. Currently serving as a Production Assistant at Orlando Shakes since September 2022, Becka aids in stage management roles, paperwork creation, and communication within the team to ensure efficient show operations. In addition, Becka works as a Producer/Listings Manager for Rachel | Media, helping manage and advertise theatrical events across the United States. Previous roles include serving as a Crew Member at Whip & Chill, a Server at Pine Valley Country Club and Texas Roadhouse, and a Company Manager at Digital Dramatists, showcasing a diverse skill set in customer service and event management.
