Ami Layton

Ami "Mimi" Layton, M.A. Ed., ACC, serves as a Senior Talent Development Consultant at Orlando Utilities Commission since March 2020, and also works as a PQ Mental Fitness Coach with Positive Intelligence since June 2023, focusing on helping individuals rewire their brains for joy. As the owner of The Magic Is In You Coaching and LeadHERship Adventures since October 2021, Ami specializes in holistic life, career, and leadership coaching for women. Previous experience includes extensive roles in human resources and training at FLEETCOR, Compucredit Corporation, and American Express, along with a background in television production at WFMY News 2 and WXLV TV. Ami holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Distance Learning from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
