Jeffrey Mann

Jeffrey Mann has over 25 years of experience at Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC), where roles have included Manager of System Operations, Electric and Water Distribution Maintenance, Electric Distribution Engineering, and Electric Distribution Construction/Maintenance. In these positions, Jeffrey has managed diverse teams ranging from 13 to 75 employees, focusing on the operation, maintenance, and engineering of electrical and water systems. Prior to the managerial roles, Jeffrey served as an Engineer in Electric Engineering and worked as a Lineman. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from UCF College of Business, earned between 1988 and 1991.
