Justin Baker

Justin Baker, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Contracts & Finance at Orlando Utilities Commission since November 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing contract management and financial services across multiple business units, as well as developing staff talent. Previous roles include Accounting Coordinator/Chrome River Admin and Senior Financial Analyst, with a focus on financial operations and month-end closing processes. Prior to OUC, Justin worked at Universal Orlando Resort as a Senior Accountant, leading fixed asset management and earning the 3rd Quarter Excellence in Leadership Award in 2014. Early career experience includes positions at Ingalls Shipbuilding, where responsibilities included preparing operating plans and financial closing activities. Justin holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BBA in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
