Faiyaz Kara

Faiyaz Kara has extensive experience in digital media management and writing, currently serving as the Digital Media Manager for OSV since December 2010, overseeing technology products and a $500K budget. Concurrently, Faiyaz has been a Food Writer and Restaurant Critic for Orlando Weekly since June 2006, contributing weekly reviews and food-related features. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where Faiyaz managed technology product development, and various editorial positions at Citysearch and the Toronto Star, covering professional sports and overseeing content publication. Faiyaz holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Environmental Physics from the University of Toronto and a Publishing Certificate from Ryerson University.
