Amelia Bell

Amelia Bell has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Amelia currently works at the Orleans Parish School Board as the Director of College and Career Strategy since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at EdOps as a Data Specialist from September 2019 to December 2022. From September 2018 to June 2019, Amelia served as the Assistant Director of Administration at the Orleans Parish School Board. Amelia was then promoted to Enrollment Data Manager until September 2018. Amelia also has experience as an Enrollment Analyst at the Recovery School District from March 2016 to June 2018. In 2017, they worked as a Visiting Fellow at Education Pioneers. Amelia began their career as a Corps Member at City Year in July 2015 and later transitioned to serve as an Administrative Assistant at InterMune from February to May 2015. Amelia participated in the Urban Education Leaders Internship Program at District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) from September to December 2013. Amelia also worked as an Assistant Teacher at Towsley Children's House from September 2010 to May 2013 and as a Chapter Founder and Leader at the University of Michigan for Students for Education Reform in 2012.

Amelia Bell completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Astronomy at the University of Michigan from 2009 to 2013. Later, from 2019 to 2021, they pursued and completed a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at the School of Public Affairs, American University.
