Ana Giron

Ana Giron has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ana started their career in 2010 as a Merchandise Cast Member at The Walt Disney Company, where they gained experience in demonstrating and selling merchandise. Ana then worked as an Attractions Cast Member, operating sophisticated ride systems and ensuring a safe Guest experience. In 2012, they had an HR/Crew Assistant Internship at Volotea, where they assisted with the implementation of an E-learning program.

In 2015, Ana joined Walt Disney World as a Guest Relations Hostess, providing excellent guest service and handling confidential information. Ana later worked at Ochsner Health System as an HR Representative, focusing on hiring, employee engagement, and performance management. At Microsoft, Ana held the roles of Product Advisor and Business Expert, where they shared product expertise with clients from various industries and led training for colleagues.

Most recently, Ana has been working at the Orleans Parish School Board. Ana started as a Bilingual School Choice Advisor, maintaining student data integrity and serving as a primary contact for enrollment initiatives. Ana then became the Assistant Director of Data Management, providing maintenance and support for the data systems team. Currently, Ana holds the position of Director of Systems and Product Management, overseeing systems and product management for the organization.

Ana Giron's education history consists of a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from EAE Business School, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of New Orleans, which they completed from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including but not limited to Sales: Closing Strategies, Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls, Social Selling Foundations, and Microsoft Office Specialist certifications in PowerPoint and Word.
