Tiffany Delcour

Tiffany Delcour has extensive experience in the education sector, starting with their role as the Chief of Staff- Operations at the Louisiana Recovery School District from October 2011 to March 2016. Tiffany then served as the Executive Director of Facility Strategy from August 2013 to March 2016. Following that, they were appointed as the Assistant Superintendent of Operations from March 2016 to June 2018. Tiffany then joined the Orleans Parish School Board as the Deputy Chief of Facilities from June 2018 to June 2019, and subsequently became the Chief Operations Officer from July 2019 until their departure. Currently, Tiffany Delcour holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at New Schools for New Orleans, starting from May 2023.

Tiffany Delcour has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry from Central Methodist University. Tiffany has also obtained a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) with a focus on Environmental Public Health from Tulane University.
