Cat Kearney

Cat Kearney is a dedicated legal professional currently serving as a Staff Attorney at Orleans Public Defenders since September 2022. Kearney is also a J.D. Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, engaging in initiatives such as the Youth Advocacy Pro Bono Project and the National Lawyers Guild. Prior to legal studies, Kearney held roles including Research Coordinator at The Center for Child and Family Traumatic Stress and Research Assistant at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, along with experience as an Assistant Behavior Specialist at Sheppard Pratt. Kearney earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
