Jaroslaw Brzyski

Jaroslaw Brzyski, EMBA, currently serves as the Director of Retail Management Support Department at ORLEN S.A., where responsibilities include overseeing strategic business plans for the fuel retail sector and managing a team of approximately 50 individuals supporting over 1700 fuel stations in Poland. Previous roles at ORLEN include Head of Franchise, Head of Fuel Category Management Department, and Fuel Category Manager, emphasizing strategic development, budget management, and profitability enhancement within the fuel category. Jaroslaw Brzyski also holds the position of Court Certified Expert Witness on fuel-related disputes in Poland and has experience in material accounting at Statoil Poland and sales administration at Ferrero. Educationally, Jaroslaw Brzyski completed an Executive MBA at GFKM and holds several postgraduate degrees from Kozminski University, including Business Psychology for Managers and ERP Systems.
