Brendan McMorrow

Brendan McMorrow is the current Director, CEO & Company Secretary at Ormonde Mining Plc. Brendan has also previously worked with Karelian Diamond Resources Plc, Conroy Gold & Natural Resources Plc, and Circle Oil PLC (COP). Brendan has over 15 years of experience in financial and corporate management and strategy. Brendan has raised funds in excess of US$300MM through equity, bonds, and bank debt. Brendan has also managed international finance functions, executed corporate transactions, and maintained relationships with public and private investors. Prior to their work with Ormonde Mining Plc, Brendan was the CFO / Finance Manager at Ivernia Inc where they oversaw the IPO of the company onto the TSX stock exchange. Brendan was also responsible for reporting and compliance for the TSX listed company, and equity fundraising - US$75MM raised to fund mining developments. Brendan has a wealth of experience in the mining industry and continues to be a valuable asset to Ormonde Mining Plc.

Brendan McMorrow graduated from the Institute of Technology in Sligo with a degree in accounting and finance. Brendan is a certified Chartered Certified Accountant and a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
