Alix O'Dea

Alix O'Dea currently serves as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Ornua, starting in July 2024, where the focus is on leading the talent acquisition strategy to develop, attract, and retain top global talent. Prior experience includes being the Head of Talent Acquisition at KBC Bank Ireland from January 2018 to December 2023, concentrating on social media and HR policies, among other skills. Alix also held the role of Interim Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA at Glanbia Performance Nutrition from August 2017 to January 2018, with expertise in social media and applicant tracking systems. Earlier in 2017, Alix was the Resource and Employer Brand Manager at Tesco Ireland, specializing in applicant tracking systems and training and development within HR.
