Cesar França

Cesar França is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the food, beverage, and FMCG sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of Global Foods at Ornua and Principal at O&F Ventures & Consultancy, César focuses on strategy, leadership, and coaching for various markets including food and pet nutrition. Previously, César held the position of President for Global Proprietary Brands at Covetrus, where responsibility for a $450 million revenue portfolio was assumed. A long tenure at Nestlé spanned more than two decades, during which César advanced through roles including Global Category Business Head for Maternal, Infant & Toddler Nutrition, achieving significant growth and brand leadership. Additional leadership roles at Nestlé Brazil, Mexico, and Parmalat further solidify César's expertise in managing large teams and operations, driving innovation, and improving profitability.
