Magdalena Matera

Magdalena Matera has experience working in various HR roles for different companies. Magdalena started their career at Raks as an HR Specialist from June 2010 to October 2012. Magdalena then joined KPMG as an HR Specialist for Central and Eastern Europe from October 2012 to May 2014. Since May 2014, they have been working at Orona, where they have held multiple roles including HR Process Specialist, HR International, UK&IRL HR Business Partner, and currently Head of HR.

Magdalena Matera completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration at Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie in 2008. Magdalena then pursued an Erasmus program in Psychology, specializing in Stress, Labour, and Organizational studies, at Sapienza Università di Roma, which they completed in 2009. Subsequently, Magdalena obtained their Master's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie in 2012.
