Swarnali Lewis

Swarnali Lewis has worked in various human resources roles throughout their career. Their most recent position is as a Human Resources Director at Orora Packaging Solutions, which they started in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Landmark Management Group, LLC from April 2023 to June 2023. From January 2016 to March 2023, they served as the Divisional Director of Human Resources at Enlivant. Swarnali also has experience working as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Dollar General from January 2014 to January 2016, and as a Human Resources Manager at The Exchange from 2011 to 2014. Swarnali Lewis completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Kansas State University, which they attained between 2005 and 2007. Swarnali further pursued higher education and obtained an MBA in Organizational Behavior from The University of Texas at Dallas, attending from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in December 2020.
