Thomas Grübler

CSO & Co-Founder at OroraTech

Thomas Grübler is the CEO and Co-Founder of OroraTech. Prior to OroraTech, they worked as a research engineer for fos4X GmbH, where they gained experience in fiber optic sensors and interrogation, silicon photonics, and wind turbine applications. Thomas also acquired a grant for a silicon photonics prototype development with iMEC during their time at fos4X. Before their work with fos4X, Thomas was a trainee at Magazino GmbH where they worked on graphical user interface development and automation tasks.

Thomas has also worked as a Scientific Associate for the Chair of Nanoelectronics at Technische Universität München and as a student assistant for the university as well. Outside of their professional work, Thomas is self-employed through Gruebler Solutions, which they founded in 2012.

Thomas Grübler has a M.Sc. in Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik from the Technical University of Munich and a Matura in Mechatronics from HTL Lastenstraße Klagenfurt.
