Devin Hochgraber

Devin Hochgraber has a diverse work experience in various managerial and supervisory roles in the logistics and transportation industry. Devin started their career in 2000 as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force, where they served as a jet engine mechanic and supervised fellow airmen. In 2004, they worked as a Driver for Dot Foods, where they pulled refrigerated and dry van trailers, interacted with customers, and loaded/unloaded freight.

In 2006, Devin founded their own trucking business, DRH Transportation, Inc., where they served as the Founder, President, and Driver. Devin managed the business, negotiated freight rates, and booked loads. Devin held this position until 2012.

From 2012 to 2013, they worked as the Midwest Tractor Supervisor at Keystone Automotive Operations, overseeing fleet operations and leading staff in the shipping department and warehouse operations. Devin developed route schedules and made necessary schedule changes.

In 2013, Devin joined O'Reilly Auto Parts as a Transportation Supervisor, responsible for supervising all fleet operations in the Kansas City and St. Louis markets. Devin developed and implemented procedures to achieve operational goals.

In 2015, they briefly worked as a Distribution Manager for Ferrellgas, managing distribution for Kansas City, St. Louis, and Wichita of Blue Rhino Propane Exchange. Devin also routed service technicians for the FerrellGas Kansas City Service Center.

From 2015 to 2021, Devin worked at World Fuel Services, first as an Operations Manager, where they managed 80+ drivers, a large fleet of equipment, and operations in Kansas City and Dallas Product Distribution Centers. Devin also oversaw commercial and industrial warehouse operations in the Kansas City and Dallas markets. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Manager.

Currently, Devin is serving as the Director of Fleet Operations at Mansfield Service Partners, a position they have held since June 2022. Devin is responsible for overseeing fleet and logistics operations and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of petroleum products.

Devin Hochgraber attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2002 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics.
