Rocky joined O’Rourke in 2020 as President and Chief Operating Officer. He has over 25 years of experience in the downstream energy sector. He previously served as CEO of Empire Petroleum Partners LLC and as CEO of Susser Petroleum Partners LP. He received an MBA at the University of Texas at Austin, and a BBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems at Texas Tech University.
