Mariana Aguirre possesses extensive experience in both entrepreneurship and compliance roles. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been contributing as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Formerly, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritional Counselor at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also has experience in academia, having taught applied mathematics related to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school between August 2016 and August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
