Laquita Barnes

LaQuita Jackson Barnes, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the Orpheum Theatre Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, LaQuita held positions including Human Resources Business Partner II at The TJX Companies, Inc. from July 2021 to February 2023, and Human Resources Manager at ScanSource from July 2006 to July 2021. Additionally, LaQuita served as the Human Resources Director at LeMoyne-Owen College from January 2001 to July 2006 and as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Ingram Micro from January 1997 to January 2001. LaQuita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from The University of Memphis.
