Marcel Groenland

Marcel Groenland is the Vice President of Operations and a co-founder of Orpyx Medical Technologies Inc. With a background in engineering and interest in medicine, Orpyx is the perfect cross-over opportunity to apply his entrepreneurial drive. As Orpyx has grown he has held multiple positions within the organization including, Engineering, Quality Management, and Product Management. Marcel played a key role in establishing the company’s ISO 13485 certification and continues to support the quality culture within the organization. As VP Operations Marcel leads the talented Production, Quality and Customer service teams. Marcel works closely with the COO to implement and execute the operational strategy to deliver the best product to customers. Marcel is a proud alumnus of the University of Calgary and holds a BSc. in Civil Engineering.
