Elías Mehdi Boudouaia has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They started their career in 2016 as a Claims Processor at Europ Assistance. They then worked as a Multi-purpose airport officer at GROUPE CITY ONE for a few months in 2017. Later that year, they returned to Europ Assistance as a Claims Processor.

In 2018, Elías joined RAINBOW COMUNICACIONES S.L. as a Customer Service Ambassador and then transitioned to Vrbo, where they worked as a Senior Customer Service Associate for almost three years.

In 2021, Elías took on the role of Support Manager at Groupe PSA España for a few months before moving to Ontruck as an Account Manager & Live Traffic Analyst. At Ontruck, they were responsible for supporting shippers and carriers, analyzing metrics and implementing improvements, negotiating with transport suppliers, and managing special transport needs.

Currently, Elías is working at Dans le Noir ? Dining in the Dark restaurants as an Executive Management Assistant.

In 2022, they will join ORQUEST as a Customer Success Specialist.

Throughout their career, Elías Mehdi Boudouaia has acquired skills in customer service, claims processing, support management, and account management. They have also demonstrated abilities in analyzing data, problem-solving, and negotiating.

Elías Mehdi Boudouaia began their education in 2015 at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), where they pursued a Grado en Derecho, Economía y Gestión de Empresas degree with a focus on Economía y ADE. Elías Mehdi completed this program in 2018. In 2016, they participated in an Erasmus program at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, studying Administración y Gestión de Empresas.
