Brian Kaplan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and construction management, particularly in interior spaces. Currently serving as Vice President of Interiors at Orr Partners since January 2019, Brian provides strategic management across various industries with services including lease negotiation, workplace strategy, design, and construction management. Previously, Brian held key roles at Cushman & Wakefield, managing real estate projects and overseeing the full real estate lifecycle from design through closing. Brian's engineering background includes mechanical engineering roles at US Army ARDEC, focusing on countermeasure projects for improvised explosive devices, and Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
