Arjun Krishniyia has a significant amount of work experience in the retail and jewelry industry. Arjun started their career as a Sales Executive at Khazana Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. in 2005, where they assisted customers in selecting the right products and managed the counter and stock. Arjun then joined Joyalukkas in 2006 as an Assistant Manager, where they focused on developing and empowering store staff, improving customer satisfaction, and customizing schemes and on-floor activities to suit local customers.

In 2015, Arjun joined PC Jeweller Ltd. as a Showroom Manager, where they managed showroom operations and ensured customer satisfaction. Arjun then moved to Reliance Retail in 2018, where they served as a Showroom Manager and handled customer queries and quality feedback, as well as ensured compliance with statutory requirements.
