Dolores Kelleher

Dolores served as the Director of Health and Wellness Initiatives for Safeway, a national leader in developing workplace wellness initiatives. She was the Vice President of Health and Productivity Initiatives for Optum Health Behavioral Solutions and was the Director of Behavioral Disability and Outreach Programs for United Behavioral Health. She has been a behavioral health care executive, consultant and clinician with over 25 years of experience in both public and private sectors. Dolores has broad experience in the design, implementation, and management of specialty programs with a behavioral focus, including initiatives integrated with prevention, primary care, disability and disease management. She is a nationally recognized expert in the areas of behavioral disability and the impact of mood and behavior on productivity. Her experience includes work with diverse populations and agencies, including employee assistance, managed care, mental health centers, employers, disability plans, and integrated health and wellness programs. More recently her work has focused on consumer engagement, transparency, integration of health and wellness programs in consumer directed health plan design, patient centered medical home models and value based designs.
