Gina Debruin

As Founder of Fresco Consultants, Gina has a passion for health and wellness and has dedicated her career to client management and leadership roles in healthcare. Gina’s experience includes working with marquis clientele and diverse employee populations, spanning across the country.

Prior to consulting, Gina led the Strategic Partnerships team for Fitbit Wellness. She was responsible for driving business development, and consulting with clients and partners on well-being strategy and effective engagement. She collaborated with key internal partners to ensure the highest level of service, customer satisfaction, and strategic consultation ultimately helping Fitbit partners bring successful programming to their respective clients.

Gina has over 14 years of experience working in the healthcare, pharmaceuticals and population health industries, bringing a breadth of experience. She graduated with her B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and went on to earn her M.B.A from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University in Chicago.
