Amisha R. Patel

Amisha R. Patel is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in cyber, privacy, data innovation, and complex litigation. Currently serving as Counsel at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP since June 2024, Patel previously held significant roles at Dechert LLP as a Senior Associate and participated in leadership initiatives through the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and the South Asian Bar Association of Washington D.C., including serving as Immediate Past President. With a strong academic foundation, Patel earned a J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School and a certificate in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford, in addition to a B.A. in Government and History from Dartmouth College.
