Annette Hurst

Annette Hurst has a diverse and extensive work experience. Annette started their career at Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Falk & Rabkin in 1990 as a Director. Annette then joined Heller Ehrman in 2005 as a Shareholder, where they worked until 2008. Since 2008, they have been associated with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. At Orrick, they served as a Partner, specializing in Intellectual Property Litigation. In addition, they held various leadership positions including Chair of the Practice Management Committee and Member of the Board of Directors. Annette also acted as Lead Director on the Board of Directors from 2019 to 2020 and has recently taken on the role of Global AI Practice Lead. Annette Hurst has proven expertise in the legal field with a focus on Intellectual Property and Technology sectors.

Annette Hurst received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from New York University School of Law in 1990. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from Miami University, completing their studies in 1987.
