April Lord

April Lord is a Senior Associate in the Energy and Infrastructure practice at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where responsibilities include advising clients on UK and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate transactions in the energy sector.
