Valerie Clark

Valerie Clark is an experienced legal professional specializing in structured finance and asset securitization. Currently serving as Counsel in the Structured Finance Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP since December 2023, Valerie previously held the position of Counsel at Chapman and Cutler LLP from March 2015 to December 2023, focusing on the Asset Securitization Group. Valerie began a legal career as an Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where responsibilities included banking, finance, and syndicated lending from October 2009 to February 2015, after starting as a Summer Associate with the same firm in 2008. Additionally, Valerie worked as a Public Policy Analyst at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from August 2005 to August 2006.
