Rachel Corrales Sands has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Rachel currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Orro Group, a leading secure network and digital infrastructure provider in Australia. Prior to joining Orro Group, Rachel founded Everwise Consulting in 2017, where they provided talent management, leadership development, HR, OD, and health & well-being services to large clients such as ANZ Bank and the Reserve Bank of Australia.

Before founding their own consulting firm, Rachel held the position of Chief People Officer at Cirrus Holdco, the holding company for various technology acquisitions. Rachel also has experience working at MLC Australia as the Head of Early Engagement & Wellness, where they were awarded the CANSTAR Innovation Award for Excellence in 2017. At National Australia Bank, Rachel served as the Head of People for NAB Private Wealth & Corporate & Institutional Wealth.

Earlier in their career, Rachel worked as a Director at Morgan Stanley and as an Assistant Vice President at Lehman Brothers. Rachel gained valuable consulting experience as a Manager at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, where they worked for seven years.

Rachel's diverse experience also includes volunteer work at various non-profit organizations. Overall, they have a strong background in HR, talent management, leadership development, and consulting across multiple industries.

Rachel Corrales Sands has a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Communication from Arizona State University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Institute of Business. In 2015, they obtained the Hogan Leadership Assessments certification from Hogan Assessment Systems.
