Stefan Olczak has had a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and technical support. Stefan started their career as a Run-up Staff/General Hand at DH Technology, where they tested and deployed point-of-sale machines. Stefan then worked as a Production Crew member at AusCons Incorporated before transitioning into IT roles.

Stefan worked as a Technical Support Engineer and Architectural Draftsperson at MCHP Architects Pty Ltd, where they resolved technical support queries and improved IT procedures to enhance efficiency and security. Stefan also managed the company website and improved its search engine ranking.
