Babar Khan is a seasoned professional in workplace rehabilitation and health, currently serving as a Regional Manager at ORS Group since May 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Team Leader and Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor at Konekt from August 2016 to October 2018, where responsibilities involved conducting assessments, providing vocational counselling, and liaising with various stakeholders to support injured workers. Prior to this, Babar Khan worked as an Employment and Workplace Facilitator from February 2015 to April 2016, assisting jobseekers with disabilities in overcoming barriers to employment. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling from Griffith University and multiple MBA degrees from Charles Sturt University and a Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Wollongong.

A large percentage of our Consultants are culturally and linguistically diverse (32%) with many who also speak other languages including Mandarin, Cantonese and Arabic.
