Georgia Cunningham is a seasoned professional in the field of speech pathology and early childhood services, currently serving as the Early Childhood Services State Manager and Speech Pathology State Services Manager at ORS Group since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Autism Clinical Lead at Telethon Kids Institute from January 2018 to February 2022, and Senior Speech Pathologist at Autism Association of Western Australia from October 2014 to December 2017. ORS provides a range of allied health and workplace rehabilitation services across key industries such as the NDIS, Workers Compensation, Health, Injury Prevention and Aged Care. Our service delivery is underpinned by clinically informed, evidence based and person-centered practices which empower others to reach their potential and achieve their goals. We are a registered NDIS provider, ISO 9001 and NSDS certified, Comcare accredited, and are on major workplace rehabilitation panels including: icare, Department of Veterans Affairs, ACT Government, Defence Housing Australia, and Worksafe ACT. We are members of the Australian Association for Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC), Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (ARPA), Association for Positive Behaviour Support and National Disability Services (NDS). We employ a wide range of Allied Health professionals including experienced and accredited Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists and Registered Nurses who have experience working with complex and high needs clients across all age ranges and disability/injury presentations. A large percentage of our Consultants are culturally and linguistically diverse (32%) with many who also speak other languages including Mandarin, Cantonese and Arabic. ORS proudly employs people with lived experience of disability and with family members with lived experience; and people who identify as LGBTIQA.
