Jayne Symes has extensive experience in relationship management, business development, and strategic performance, currently holding the position of Relationship Manager at ORS Group since 2003. Throughout their tenure at ORS Group, Jayne has also served in various roles, including Business Development Manager, Onboarding and Retention Manager, Strategy and Performance Coordinator, and Site Manager. Additionally, since May 2019, Jayne has been the Director of Newlook Resumes. Prior to their current roles, Jayne worked as an Employment Consultant at The ORS Group and as a Work Placement Consultant at Active Injury Management from 1999 to 2003. Jayne is an alumna of Edith Cowan University.

We are members of the Australian Association for Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC), Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (ARPA), Association for Positive Behaviour Support and National Disability Services (NDS). We employ a wide range of Allied Health professionals including experienced and accredited Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists and Registered Nurses who have experience working with complex and high needs clients across all age ranges and disability/injury presentations. A large percentage of our Consultants are culturally and linguistically diverse (32%) with many who also speak other languages including Mandarin, Cantonese and Arabic. ORS proudly employs people with lived experience of disability and with family members with lived experience; and people who identify as LGBTIQA.
