Shannon Moss is an experienced professional in behaviour support and counselling, currently serving as the NSW Assistant State Manager at ORS Group since February 2018. With titles including Regional Manager and Behaviour Support Manager, Shannon excels in training and mentoring staff, providing advanced positive behaviour support services, and developing positive behaviour support plans tailored to individuals with disabilities. Previous roles include Behaviour Support Therapist and NDIS Consultant, where Shannon assisted individuals in achieving independence and employment through various support services. A large percentage of our Consultants are culturally and linguistically diverse (32%) with many who also speak other languages including Mandarin, Cantonese and Arabic.
