Fred Shand

Fred Shand has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Fred began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Main Line Personnel and later worked at Dynamic Resources and Keystone Alliance in similar roles. In 2007, Fred joined Liberty Personnel Services as a Technical Recruiter and then moved to Comcast as a Talent Acquisition Consultant in 2010. In 2012, Fred worked as a Recruiting Manager at CXP (Cross X Platform), where they contributed to the company's growth by accelerating professional services firms' capacity to scale. Fred's most recent role has been at ORS Partners, where they started in 2012 as a Director & Managing Consultant. Fred has since advanced to become a Senior Director, Sourcing Center, and currently serves as the Managing Director, Recruiting Operations since April 2018. In this role, Fred leads the Innovation Lab and entry-level recruiter training functions, in addition to being responsible for technology solutions assessment, selection, and training programs at ORS.

Fred Shand earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Fred attended the university from 1989 to 1993.
