Previously, Banks held the position of Assistant Engineer at United Fabrication Limited for a short period in 2015, where responsibilities included designing engineering components, creating drawings for plasma machine cutting, developing waybills, tracking project progress using Microsoft Project, and exporting files for CNC drilling. Banks holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Technology from AAMUSTED, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and also attended Takoradi Technical University from 2010 to 2013.
