Salmatha Rachel Salihu is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Orsam Energies since April 2022, Salmatha previously held roles at Amaja Oilfield Limited, including Deputy Manager of Human Resources and Crewing Supervisor, where responsibilities included ensuring client satisfaction and compliance in crew management. Beginning a career with positions as a Human Resources Assistant and Administrative Assistant, Salmatha also gained marketing experience at KEK Insurance Broker Limited. Academically, Salmatha holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Ghana.
